Navigate to Coaches
Athletes working towards specific fitness goals should not leave their diet or training up to guesswork. Our platform enables you and your coach to easily communicate and share data to create a training program that is unique to you. The longer you and your coach work together, the more familiar they will become with your body and how to maximize its potential.
The Solid Health Network includes thousands of qualified coaches and trainers who can help you reach your goals. Whether you are an individual user, or a member of a gym or organization that uses Solid Health, it is very easy to find and begin working with a coach directly from your phone.
Shop Your Options
Find potential coaches by searching for a name, training specialty, or location, and view a full profile of their services, rates, and subscriptions. Once you find a potential coach match, feel free to message them to ask questions regarding rates, training styles, availability, etc., to ensure you are making the right choice.
Solid Health is all about options, so we’ve made it just as easy to find and join a gym or organization by selecting the right membership type and completing their intake forms. If you are already working with a great coach, you can send them an invitation to join you on Solid Health directly from the application.
Set a Game Plan
Once you’ve signed up with a coach, you’ll be able to communicate with them via real-time messaging so your interactions aren’t limited to gym sessions. They will create a meal and workout schedule for you that reflects the unique needs and strengths of your physiology. Both of you will be able to upload and share content such as images, videos, and recipes so all of the important assets related to your health are stored in one location.
One of the best reasons to connect with a Solid Health coach is that they will be able to monitor your activity in real-time as your log your workout and meal data. Not only does this keep you accountable to the program, but it allows them to make modifications or changes that reflect your current status and progress.
