If you’re flying solo on your fitness journey, Solid Fit is still here to help. Our ‘smart workouts’ functionality analyzes your raw logged data to determine which workouts would be best for you, then provides recommendations for future workouts.
Sometimes, you might want to see a little more progress in a particular muscle group, so we’ve made it easy to select workouts based on specific muscle targets. Simply search a muscle group you want to focus on, and Solid Fit will populate a list of workouts or exercises with that muscle target. You can then include these exercises or workouts in your training.
